Dragon Fruit
Even though you can find these in California, I had this one in China. They're also known as Pitahaya or Strawberry Pear and they taste quite delicious. They smell subtly fragrant, sweet like a pear, but tart maybe like a kiwi.

They were great, but not as great as they were a few weeks ago. Could it be that the season is coming to a close already?
