The other day my super top secret chef friend made me dinner. It was amazingly delicious. For appetizers we had my favorite: salami, olives, and parmesan dip. Oh and the smoothest perfectly chilled white wine. Dinner was sand dabs-a fish native to the San Francisco Bay Area-with a grapefruit, caper sauce, roasted spring onions, and fresh arugula salad. And an incredible bottle of Cabernet. I didn't get the recipe...but I might be able to in the future if he'll give it to me. Instead I took a bunch of pics (which I forgot to put in the correct order, oops) of the steps of the meal, enjoy!
