This is a product that McDonald's sells here in Norway. From what I've heard, the show Grey's Anatomy is quite popular here too so I guess they just decided to use the free publicity and go ahead by using the name made famous by the TV show.
The McDreamy isn't that dreamy though. It's just an ice cream cone with some crushed candies (like M&Ms) and some strawberry syrup.
I don't have pictures of the actual product. I didn't buy one because I don't like ice cream that much and everything here is so expensive, including the McDreamy. So here is a picture of the big ad right in front of the McDonald's.
