Homemade Focaccia in the Wood-Fired Pizza Oven
My dad built a wood-fired pizza oven in his backyard, where he serves up amazingly gourmet but simple Italian pizzas, as well as the best focaccia I have ever had. He's spent years perfecting the dough, and the other day, my stepmom snapped some brilliant photos of the firing process: one rosemary focaccia and one with caramelized onions. OMGoodness for sure. I've been looking for a new home and found one with it's own wood burning baker's oven steps from the home. It's amazing and I want it!
