On a recent road trip, my husband and I had breakfast at McDonald's a couple of times. I was quite impressed by the efforts McDonald's Sweden are making. The eggs in their morning sandwiches were free range and the coffee was organic. The McDonald's I have seen in Sweden also have impressive recycling stations where customers have to separate their wastes themselves.
Also, the toilets were mixed. Men and women have to use the same bathroom. I was surprised at first but was told that it is less ''sexist'' that way. 
The recycling station: there is even a bin for biological wastes.

I've seen nothing of the free-range chickens and organic eggs in the U.S., but I was very impressed to see that in your pics!
1The only time I've done co-ed bathrooms was at bars in Europe, but was generally not into it.
My first impression of the co-ed toilets wasn't very good. The toilet seat was up and there was some pee stains and a hair or two on it. Not fun. At least there was a disinfecting spray dispenser and those paper things to cover the seats.
2Luckily it was a quiet morning but I'm not sure I would enjoy re-applying my makeup and doing girly things in front of a few men. I guess people who don't want to use the mixed toilets could use the ones for handicapped people right beside.
This is very cool.
I used to go to a club in Toronto that had unisex washrooms. Its different at first, but no big deal.

4well with little girls i frown on the coed bathrooms. it's hard enough with kelly's gag reflux to use any public restroom, what you described would literally make her barf. perhaps we'll go drive thru!
5The recycling trash cans are neat. I wish the US did more of that with our fast food places.
You have me wanting a McGriddle now after seeing your McD's breakfast. There one of the few fast foods that I love.
