I love stir-frys since they are quick and easy weekday dinner! After the chopping in less than 20 minutes, dinner is served! This week was brussels sprouts, bell pepper, snap peas, onions, ginger, carrots, bok choy and soy beans. I always mix up a concoction of soy sauce, tamari (japanese soy sauce) and Sriracha to top it! Colorful, healthy and super tasty!
