oh i should have been more clear, it's pork bacon (almost ham like, so yummy!) the charcuterie (aka butcher) where it's from is called The Fatted Calf

Onesong- Chickens aren' babies. Chicks are babies. You know, the fluffy yellow birds. Very little meat on them. Chickens are fully grown.
