The main dish at the picnic I went to on Sunday was carnitas. Here the pork is bubbling away in it's own fat + lots more fat. I felt like Homer Simpson when I saw these and man were they delicious!

1delish. mmmmpork fat. Carnitas de puerco tacos are the best. In mexico, they also put cabbage and cilantro on the tacos.
