I found this picture a couple of days ago in my iPhoto and thought I should post to it to Savory Sights. I was in Greece two years ago and came across a fishing boat with tons of octopus hung out like clothes. They dry the octopus and then eat it. It was pretty good but still an odd sight to see.

I have never eaten Octopus before but you guys make it sound so Delicious! One day I might get up the nerve to try it!
